The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) is a South African-based agency established primarily to address challenges faced by the nation’s youth.

The National Film (NFVF) considers development as any work undertaken to put an idea or concept into writing with an intention of creating a script including research undertaken in a documentary, a short or a feature film whether fiction or real life.

Small Enterprise Finance Agency's (SEFA) core function is to foster the establishment, development and growth of SMMEs and cooperatives and contribute toward poverty alleviation, job creation and economic growth.

Our task is to provide SMMEs and cooperatives throughout South Africa with simple access to finance in an efficient and sustainable manner, by:

  • Delivering wholesale and direct lending credit facilities or products
  • Providing credit guarantees to SMMEs and cooperatives
  • Supporting the institutional strengthening of financial intermediaries, so that they can effectively assist small

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) is a national development finance institution set up to promote economic growth in South Africa.  The IDC funding promotes regional development and integration, economic empowerment of communities and growing black industrialists.

Limpopo AgroFood Technology Station (LATS) was established to achieve the eight anti-poverty targets known as the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), within the context of the National Development Plans (NDP) Framework. LATS is funded by the Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) and housed at the University of Limpopo (UL), Turfloop Campus. LATS serves as a TIA connector in the Limpopo Province that catalyses partnerships between SMEs, industries and Universities to develop an enabled supporting agro-processing innovation for global competitiveness.

Mapfura–Makhura Incubator (MMI) was established and registered in 2006 as a Section 21 company. The incubator is sponsored by Seda Technology Programme and the Limpopo Department of Agriculture. The target of the incubator is the small scale black farmers (incubatees) and emerging biofuels producers. Incubatees receive training to enhance their skills, business and managerial skills to optimize the yields of crops (sunflower and soya beans) and biofuels production.

Matavha Environmental is a youth-owned environmental and geological services company. Recently, the corporation expanded into agriculture, with a particular emphasis on chicken broilers, pigs, bananas, jackfruit cabbages, tomatoes, carrots, pumpkins, and so on. The farming is taking conducted on family land in the community of Tshakhuma.

We provide an integrated mapping system that gives peri-urban and rural areas digital presence - solving the problem of poor digital integration which hinders the mobility of essential services and economic activities. We use census numbers on each household as well as drones on those hard to reach places. Satellite imagery and data are crucial for us to scale, a useful resource needed to create one of the best digital maps even in remote places. We also offer livestock tracking and monitoring for rural and township households, giving them peace of mind over their assets.
