Farmru is a solution for smart farming aimed at assisting small-scale farmers by helping them save water and make informed decisions. Farmru is meant for existing and aspiring smallholder farmers from mainly rural areas. farmers include both women, men, youth, and disabled.
Farmru assists by helping farmers get a real-time soil fertility insight before planting anything this will include nutrient levels in the soil. farmers will be able to know which plants are suitable for that soil they have. Smallholder rural farmers will also be able to save water and avoid overwatering as the Farmru smart watering system will only water the plants/crops when necessary by sensing the environment.
