The Raymond Ackerman Academy of Entrepreneurial Development (RAA-ED) and the University of Johannesburg JBS in collaboration with Belnasa Youth Forum (supported by The World Bank) invites applications for a 6-month early-stage entrepreneurship programme.

Requirements;

  • Must be 18 - 35 years of Age.
  • Must reside in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and South Africa.
  • Must have either an active startup or viable business idea.

Full description

The RAA-ED is a National Programme delivered online with practical workshops to apply knowledge in early-stage business. After the 6-month programme, there is a one year optional
business mentoring programme.

The purpose of the Raymond Ackerman Academy of Entrepreneurial Development (RAA-ED) is to empower students to become economically active entrepreneurs in their respective spheres of influence. In addition, various life skill training is included as part of the programme to assist students in making informed decisions regarding their entrepreneurial development or career advancement.
