Overview of Organisation

Dololo is a community of entrepreneurs and start-ups, game-changers and trail-blazers in Namibia.

It enables organisations and leaders to connect with the next generation of change-makers. Businesses engage with us to gain insights to trends, identify risks, and access innovation and market views. This enables them to cater for the millennial market both internally for their employees and externally for customers.

We host and provide access to a network of young talent and enable meaningful exchanges in high-energy spaces that are free of cultural, racial, gender or hierarchical differences. This initiative directly benefits Namibian society by implementing the goals of NDP5, HPP and Vision 2030 in a long-term and sustainable manner.
