The 2024 Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award

The Entrepreneurs for Resilience Award recognizes entrepreneurial initiatives that take innovative approaches to build resilient societies in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. In the 2024 edition, the Swiss Re Foundation, together with UBS Optimus Foundation and Digital Connected Care Coalition, are looking to support enterprises that enhance primary healthcare access and quality for low-income people in low- and middle-income countries.

To be eligible for the award, an enterprise must have a market-based hybrid care delivery model that combines the best elements of in-person (“brick”) and virtual (“click”) care.

The three finalists will be awarded with funding up to USD 700,000 and non-financial support from experts across Swiss Re and beyond.
