SENTECH is calling all African Tech Founders with a solution for a key African challenge.

Entries are open for the Nedbank Pitch and Polish Competition. Participants will be competing for the R1 Million grand prize comprising R650 000  in cash and the R350 000 worth of Raizcorp Incubation Programme.  The runner-up will receive R100 000 in cash and the second runner-up will receive R50 000 in cash. 

The entrepreneur should have a business that is already trading with the potential to scale to enter the competition. 

The Hope Factory is calling for 15 entrepreneurs to join a 12-month Entrepreneurial Skills Programme. The focus of the programme is to ignite informal traders and start-up businesses with skills to grow and scale businesses.

Benefits of the programme; 

The Raymond Ackerman Academy of Entrepreneurial Development (RAA-ED) and the University of Johannesburg JBS in collaboration with Belnasa Youth Forum (supported by The World Bank) invites applications for a 6-month early-stage entrepreneurship programme.

Requirements;

• Must be 18 - 35 years of Age.
• Must reside in Botswana, Eswatini, Lesotho, Namibia and South Africa.
• Must have either an active startup or viable business idea.
