Overview of research project
The COVID -19 pandemic caught everybody off-guard. The sudden mandatory closure of academic institutions and the resultant use of online learning impacted on the University as a whole. The Library had to respond to the change and continue to provide teaching and learning and, research support online. Library staff had to sharpen their technology skills, learn new ways of providing online support to the remote staff and students. The research seeks to understand the how staff used technology thing period, the challenges that they faced, and possible benefits that the sudden change brought to them.
