Remote Support: A Digital Call for Repair

Much of South Africa has poor internet connectivity and very scarce medical resources, often in the same geographical area. This technology provides a remote PC and mobile communication tool which reports faulty or broken medical equipment to technicians even when only extremely low bandwidth is available. Therefore, downtime is vastly reduced as maintenance will be carried out swiftly. Support sessions are stored in a cloud for review and quality control.
