Expression of Interest to join the South African Delegation and participating in the Korea-Eureka Day

The Department of Science and Innovation (DSI) calls for an Expression of Interest (EOI) from the South African SMEs who have interest in participating in the Korea Eureka Day.

The Korea-Eureka Day is an annual event that aims to facilitate the international technology cooperation network between South Korea and Eureka Network member countries and to identify international joint research partners and collaborative projects between global academia and industry.

The event is hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and organized by Korea Institute for Advancement Technology. The event will take place from 30 October 2023 to 1 November 2023 in Seoul, South Korea. 
 

The first selection of South African participants will be through a South Africa-South Korea online match-making session scheduled for 17 August 2023. 

NB: Please note the DSI will provide seed funding/financial support for travel, accommodation and daily allowance at government approved rates to successful applicants. Successful travellers must ensure that they have a valid passport. Normal visa costs will be reimbursed by the DSI upon receipt of proof of payment for successful applicants.
